Whilst all were in agreement it was time to end the
club everyone couldn’t help but to think of all the good times they have
had socializing with a great Christian brotherhood.
Some of the highlights mentioned were;
Building the tractor for
the Tractors for our Daily Bread out of Manhattan Ks. You should have
seen the look in their eyes when we presented the tractor to them. They
were astounded and grateful for all the work ISI had done. Hands down
this was the most rewarding project the club had done.
The time we went to
Kingston to help with the civil war reenactment. The trailer was
dragging the ground if I turned it only had the entire confederate army
on it. There were so many people on the trailer this one time I couldn’t
get the tractor to stopped and I had to run up a small hill. It seemed
like we carried thousands of people that day but we sure had a lot of
fun doing it.
The tractor drive
starting in Lawson and went through Polo and Lathrop then back to
Lawson. Everyone in agreement that was the hardest rain before the drive
began. In Hamilton we had to find a barn to hide in and wait for the
storm to pass our MOHP escort did an excellent job for us. The day
turned out sunny and beautiful while everyone had a great time. The
hamburgers and shoestring potatoes were also a highlight of the trip.
It was agreed that all good things eventually come
to an end and it is time for everyone to move on and see what else the
Lord has in-store.
As Iron
Sharpens Iron, So One Man Sharpens Another Proverbs 27:17
I believe everyone participating came from the club
a better person with the experiences we had.
Thanks To All
